Default Rush Slip On Mufflers 26414-200 on FLSTSB

Anyone have any experience with installing Rush 26414-200 on 2010 FLSTSB?

How does the bike run? Sound? Did you have to reprogram the ECU?

Rush sound pretty good. Nice and deep. If you are only doing the mufflers there is no need to do anything else.

Fantastic ... order going in today!!

Any tips on removing the OEM slip ons and installing the new ones? According to Rush tech guy, the existing OEM heat shields will fit back over the Rush after markets. I can do some routine wrench turning ... but I'm a 5 out 10 experience mechanic. Is the R&R job a doable thing for an old guy with reasonable skills?

Thanks. Dutch

Dutch, where are you located? I'm in SW FL and have the Rush Slip-ons on my Fatboy Lo if you wanted to come check them out! I really like the sound a lot and I think they look great.

The hardest part of the install is getting the stock slip on's off. You'll see what I mean.

I'm in Naples, let me know if you wanted to meet in North Ft Myers or somewhere to check them out. I really like the sound and looks of the pipes. I have the 2" baffles in mine. Not obnoxious loud, but still has a good rumble.
