Default Harley standard exhaust gasket or SE exhaust gasket

On a stock V twin (SE stage 1 upgrade)is one really better than the other. The standard gasket looks like it would seal better to me and the SE cost more. I would like to get it right the first time around, the extra cost doesn't matter.

Supposedly the SE is easier to get seated in the port. I always use the stock gaskets and they work great. Less $ too.

the stock ones seal better. I have seen a few instances where the se has allowed the pipe to loosen up and ruin the port in the head
