Had the train delivered today, was planning on riding it home after the snow and roads cleared. Dealer called and said they would deliver so what the hell bring it on.
Unfortunately some finish damage to the upper tree from the tie down strap, I’ll see if I can fix tomorrow.
Only got to ride it from the street to garage but man this bike is nice. I paid for it two weeks ago so I’ve had some time to sit out in the garage looking at my sporty second-guessing the purchase. Now that it’s here I have no doubt I did good.

Congats on the new bike! Before you know it, you'll be broke making her your own.

For sure, you did good! Very nice looking Train. I moved from a Sporty to a Night Train as well. Loving my new ride. You will too as soon as you can start putting on the miles!

Congrats bro enjoy it, and be safe, but on a side note, if the damage is caused because of the straps that the dealer had on the bike during delivery, you should contact your dealer, and have them take care of it.

+1 on the "being broke"...you won't regret buying the Train! I would never get rid of mine; recently bought a used Ultra for 2up long trip riding and my wife suggested selling my Train, I told her she goes before it does.

Nice choice!

That tank looks like it's off of a FXST though. Did the previous owner swap out tins?

That’s what it looks like to me, could be wrong. I don’t remember seeing that on the showroom floor; it’s very obvious when setting on the bike. It looks like I may be able to polish or rube it out, but so far with wax it will not come out.
Other than that I very pleased with the bike I paid $11900 and it has 5000 miles so I think that was an ok deal, could not get them to move any more.

Beautiful! I've only had mine a couple of weeks and am loving it so far. I had to wait a month for mine to arrive and I went through the same second guessing but it was all worth it as soon as it came off the truck. Enjoy!
