They gave me that line of crap and I moved on! Went to Carrollton dealership and they said pick any bike your interested in off the floor and take if for a ride. If you don't like it pick another and take it for a ride.

Carrollton guys are awesome and very easy to deal with!! Chris was my sales guy and he did me right.
No they really didn't give me any B.S. but I didn't ask to test ride anything. I already knew what I wanted.

I have been to the Carrollton dealership and they are very cool. If I had to do it all over I probably would give them a shot.

I agree that most of the dealerships in DFW treat you like they are doing you a favor by being there.

Harley Davidson of North Texas in Carrollton is great to deal with. I bought my Rocker C there in '08. The service and parts department have been great to deal with as well. Thought I'd made a deal on my '08 Rocker while overseas (even put down a deposit) with H-D Dallas in Garland, but they reneged on the deal when I went to pick up the bike. H-D Dallas is also owned by H-D Allen near Plano. I have to ride a bit farther to get to the H-D of North Texas store, but would rather do that then give my business to H-D Dallas.

Thumbs down

When everyone says the same bad things about a place.....its not just an isolated incedent anymore.....that's a Customer Service Problem....you can't do business like that for long in this economy.

From what Ive seen...none of em.

Got a budy that bought from Texoma twice and he was very happy. Second choice would probably be HD of N Texas in Carrollton. Ive done a bit of service work there and except for one hickey, theyve been pretty good to deal with.

Corinth would probaby be next.

Another one for a no go on the Allen shop. I knew they are under the same ownership, but me and my wife traded and bought both of ours at the Garland shop. Maybe its because we were buying 2 bikes at once, or because we have a friend that works there that hand picked our salesman for us, but they did us good before and after the sale so far.

The salesman at Longhorn will not give me the cheapest price until I am at the dealership ready to make the purchase.....I was there last week and they had their chance at that time.

I am now leaning towards the Texoma dealership based on the comments....

Tried to buy a 2010 Black Heritage Classic from Texoma. Got down to the point of sitting down with Chuck, the sales manager. Chuck asked what would it take to finalize the deal and I said to either waive the $335 freight or give a $500 in-store gift card. He said no deal.....and would even budge.

I had driven 230 miles round trip because this dealer was recommended as a good one to deal with. I will keep looking....

Try Fort Worth HD on 820. I'm a member of their HOG chapter and they are a bunch of stand-up people.

PM me and I'll contact the GM of the dealership and tell her you're coming and what you've been through.
