I'm also considering getting these pipes for my fatboy.. does anyone have access to a sound clip?? Youtube is blocked at my work and that's the only place that a search seems to pull up.
I'm just wondering how loud is way loud? I had some big shot shorts on my that had the baffles removed, and that was way, way loud!
Thanks.

I agree completely with Rocker Dan... they do look great. But they are REALLY LOUD. You may want to consider your neighbors before you get them.

I had them on my 01 fatboy. They made it sound like a v8. best sounding pipes in my opinion. Like the others said you will drag them on corners if you lean alot but thats part of the fun. Mike

Just wanted to say I put on the side shots last night and I'm in love.
I've never heard a better sounding pipe, even though they are loud!
They've got a deep rumble kind of loud to them though and it sounds amazing!

They look good too!!

I had formed my own opinions of VH in the past. These opinions were merely based on the steep price tag. I have heard the sound and thought they sounded great but I could not get over the price tag. Last week one of my buddies got a set of short shots installed on his 10 WG. WOW!! I thought my pipes were loud. His pipes are louder with the baffles in than mine are with the baffles out. I have changed my opinion and maybe, just maybe I can convince myself that the price is justifiable.
