Default Should i go with a 21" front wheel on the crossbones?

Ok, so i'm going back and forth with this! I'm ready to pill the trigger on new wheels for my bones but can't decide if i should bump up to the 21 up front or stay with the stock size. What do you guys think?????? I know a lot of guys are doing it and i like the look but also don't wanna just do what everybody else is doing, no offense to all you 21 guys out there!!!!! I know what wheels i want and Drew from DR V-TWINS # on speed dial ready to go so help me decide!

If you do go to a 21" I imagine you'd might have to go fenderless. I love the look of a 21" front wheel, but would never go without a front fender. Maybe there is some kind of fender setup you can get. If there is go for the 21". Pimp it out all the way.

21" for sure Ric!!! IMHO the Bones should've been designed with one. A 21" on that bad *** bike of your would set it off!! There a millions of bikes out there, and thousands of Crossbones, but I can count the number of bones I've seen with a 21" up front on one hand. Having a bike that's truly unique is a hard thing to do, and your bones is one of those that does it man. Putting a 21" up front won't be putting you closer to the masses; it will be putting your bike further from the masses! Keep us informed, as you've got me drooling!

I agree! The 21" does look awesome on the bones!!! Now my question is how hard and what do you have to do to switch it out?

I'm going to go against the grain here. I think you should keep the stock wheels personally. I think the fat front tire is what contributes to the smooth ride of the bonz not to mention, I like the factory stream roller look.

Buy a set of wicked mags instead of sacrificing comfort. But whatever you do, I'm sure it will look nice. Choice is yours.

Harley did it on the 2006 model. I'm sure you could find an old fender at a swap meet.

Would you have to change your model code to a FXSTSB?

Personally, I like the fat tire.
