Take your time. You don't want to order one that you might not like and have to buy another to replace it. Learn from my mistakes.

Dropped the bike off Saturday so it should be done in a couple weeks.
Good luck with your search on this, DR V-Twin is great to work with. I bought my D&D and several other items through them. Excellent pricing and service.

I just put the new Pro Pipe Chrome on my 07 Heritage Softail along with a Power Commander and K&N RK series air filter. Dyno run shows max power at 74hp and max torque at 86.7 ft-lbs. The 2010 pipe has an extra heat shield at the end that gives it a little more of a stepped look rather than a distinct megaphone look (and should reduce chances of cooking anything at the bottom of my right saddle bag). I live in Colorado and like Senior Rider, felt the Fat Cats hung too low. I really like the sound of these pipes, and like the performance based on the little riding I've been able to do (cold and snowy weather with more predicted for this weekend). I took a video of my stock pipes and will try and get a video of the new pipes soon and post to YouTube so folks can hear the sound (at least as well as a video will reproduce the sound) and compare to the stock pipes. I considered the Bassani Road Rage because I like the look of the slightly longer length under my saddle bags, but my local shop suggested the Pro Pipe Chrome and so far it's a great choice! More when the weather gets a little better.

I went ahead and ordered the new pipes, I will post up some pics when I get them put on. I just ordered them today, but I will not be able to run them for a while. I sent my tins off to get painted and won't have them back for a month or more. Once I get it peiced back together I will post up results and pics

Photos, videos, and did I get the quiet baffle
Attached are 2 photos of the Pro Pipe Chrome on my 07 Heritage Softail. The video with stock pipes/air filter versus the Pro Pipe Chrome, Power Commander V, and K&N RK air filter is on YouTube at:

The Pro Pipe is definitely louder than the stock pipes but not extremely loud (this is a little hard to tell in the "after" video because the snow banks on either side of my driveway and the snow falling while I was shooting the video muffled the sound somewhat, but you get the idea).
According to tech support at Vance & Hines, the quiet baffle won't be available until April. It will reduce sound levels 2-3 db and give a deeper more mellow tone.
