one more question for pococj. that eyebolt with the bolt and washer in your pic. looks like it may be a little more substantial than just a thumb screw. if you were gonna choose one over the other (and your pic may answer this question) which would it be? or is there any differance?

I used what I had on hand. Usually would've used a thumbscrew, especially in an older and smaller diameter exhaust. Those pipes were 2-1/4 inch so I figured the larger eye-bolt would work well. There was a noticeable difference in the just off idle through about 3000 or so rpm feel.

i had the rebel mids from hooker and fount the right balance of TQ HP and sound be going with the baffles for the rebel shorts. they are part number 27394
