no I dont work at chopper city but that guy is always super helpfull and even gave me a custom axel he made that i needed for my bike ... sold it to me for 20 bucks ... super nice guy ...I see your in jacksonville your self .. where abouts ... my wife and I moved here about a year ago with the navy and its been helll finding cool people thru the sea of dumb asses and wiggers ...

Well, Jacksonville is full of those!

We live a couple of miles north of NAS Jax, on Roosevelt (near the FCCJ Kent campus). Maybe we can grab a beer at some point (if you drink), or go for a ride.

sounds cool ... I live right next to the base ... I think I ride into your area every now and then ... I go to the tabacco cover cigar shop alot ...

i dont think it is necessary to weld the bolts on. you are supposed to assemble the seat pan to the frame and then cover it together. you probably could countersink the holes in the frame so the pan sits tight to the frame. i hope so, i havent had time to mock mine up yet.

Nice recovery! Take a look at Heartlands bobber fender (my sig pic). Not the full kit, just the fender. Very high quality and reasonably priced.
