Rhineharts. looks good and well designed. Shockwave look ok. v&h played out.
Lundee,
you don't count!, you would have the rineharts cutoff at the rear and heat tape wrapped in under 5 minutes *just given you grief man*

Of the 3 - Cross Backs. My next set of pipes will be 2-1 though. Probably Supertrapp's.

Good ideas...I am still trying to decide. Are the Rineharts loud? I want something loud. I'd really like the RH crossbacks if they were all black.

I like these because they are all black. The sound is much different than others as well.

Yep. They're loud but they don't do your engine any good. I run a set of the black Hooker Troublemakers that look kinda like the VandH Big Radius. They have stepped down tuned pipes but they really didn't work all that well until I put some good baffles in them to give 'em some back pressure.

Well, that's not exactly right. They had terrific top end power but the low end just wasn't there. The baffles corrected that.

The Rhinehart Cross Backs come in black. What you're seeing with NT's bike is the chrome heat shield covers on the back end. You can just leave 'em off if you want.

If you really want your HD engine to run its best then a set of 2-1 should be on your list of pipes to look at.

Got to agree the thunderheader on my Train helped it get 75 hp and 94 ft lbs of torque. Got to love a good two into one system for great low end power.

I dont really like any of the 2 in 1 pipes that are out there. I think I am going to go with the Shockwaves cause I didnt see any of them out there last summer. Now I am looking for an air cleaner, trying to decide if I should get the Arlen Ness big sucker or the Screaming Eagle, anyone know which breaths better?

Am I missing something or are those Hookers not 2-1?
