If you're doing turn signals I can't say with certainty but if you want accent lighting to light up the bike I can definately say Boogey Lights. I have them and they are much brighter than the Harley lights or the cheap ones you buy at the Auto stores.

i got all of my blue leds from (Super bright leds) they are much brighter then the kits that you get from HD ,customdynamics ,or kuryakyns. look at my pic in the day light

If you go to autozone for LED's that fit in the regular signals you need the 1157 size.

i got some from Super bright leds for my car. i used it on the harley tail lamp until i went for old school and they did not look right. maybe if they made a dual with both types i would use the led for brake

The front turn signals and rear brake lights are 1157 dual element bulbs or lamps and the rear turn signals are 1156 single element bulbs.

I haven't confirmed it personally but someone told me that some later tailights use the newer 3157 wedge base bulbs. which ones they are I don't know, but it would be prudent to look at yours before ordering a replacement, just in case.

One thing you need to remember, if you have or are planning on getting one of the modules that operate the rear turn signals as run, turn, brake lights. Most LED bulbs don't work very well in the 'run' mode as they often do not have the ability to operate properly at the lower voltages used in the run mode.

Unless you get LEDS that are designed to work in a dual intensity role its better to get a module that makes them work as turn/brake without the run function. Biketronics makes one called the Tailstopper. Its not cheap at about $60, but its a very effective attention getter when you hit the brakes.

You also have to be aware that changing out the turn signal bulbs for LEDS will often make them blink much faster than normal and to fix it you need an load resistor or equalizer.
