I used 1/4" flat steel plate that I had laser cut. Might be a little tough to bend after cutting but strong as hell.

You guys are awesome, I'll hit the dr up and I am looking at all the other info you guys posted.
I checked out the RWD fenders, but just not what I am looking for. I appreciate the info on that though.
Here are photos of my work in progress:
I've done a few more mods since these photos. But pretty much been powder coating the snot outta it. I got a rear lowering kit to put in, and I just need the rear fender set up that I want. I'll keep you posted, any other info, ideas, links etc are greatly appreciated!
