Search you tube there are a lot of different exhaust sound clips there. With the Vance & Hines Straight and Long Shots you can change the tips out to alter the look very easy. Look at their Hot Tips, Google, to see the different styles. You also won't loose a lot of low end torque because of their length.

99 Heritage. Samson fishtails. Cobra fat. True duals. 07 Heritage I decided to investigate a little more. Ended up with V&H Big Shot Longs. Two and a half years and 25,000 miles later I'm really happy with the choice. Plus my wife appreciates me not changing them every year.

You have to watch the shorter pipes to make sure they will not damage your bags.
