Default Anyone use Laminar Lip on quick release windshield?

Anyone have any experience using a Laminar Lip for windshield buffeting? I've got a short HD quick release shield that buffets like crazy on my Night Train and heard that the lip might do the trick. Laminar recommended a universal 17.5" for cruiser windshields. Prefer to ride in winter rain with a shield than without.

Laminar Lip... that's what I call my wife !!!
Seriously, stop by the auto parts store & buy a
12-15 in length of fuel line, split it all the way
down one one side & slip it on the windshield rim.

Cheap alternative & it will give you an idea if this
will work for you.....
