Thanks guys its just the 6 light kit from harley. Once I get the heartland 250 I will get the expansion kit and put some under the fender to light up the 250 tire. Cost was 185 from harley. It came with a chrome switch and dimmer that mounts by the spark plug wires.

 

Looks excellent , I love the neon lights on Harleys. Just having the engine lighted gives a touch of class.
I seen the tires done and IMHO its a little to much on a Harley.
