Put some blue loctite on them bolts and don't over tighten them.
The loctite not only holds them, but it also puts a coating between the threads that helps protect them from effect of dissimilar metals. They sometimes plate to eachother causing them to lock in place. You'll know when the torx heads strip out.
Not a real common occurance, but not rare either.
Besides, the book (that you are going to buy) recommends the blue loctite.
Blue is the milder form of loctite, so no need to worry there.

Mine will dribble out while on the stand, and I am **** about proper level.
Are you sure that yours ain't under filled? LOL

+1 on reusing the flat gasket. Yea I know you're supposed to change these out, but hey, if you're careful when you remove the cover and the gasket is still in good shape, why not reuse? Put that $10 you saved towards some chrome.

1 quart exactly. it touches the bottom of the clutch basket but just below the lip of the derby hole.
