Mod of the day, Burly Knuckle Bars (Pictures)
I was wanting new Handlebars, however they had to meet several demands I had. One was they had to be comfortable on trips, Number 2 they had to look good, Number 3 they had to be 1.25 in diameter. Number 4 they had too not be so long That I had to replace all my new Diamondback cables I had just got 2 months ago. The Burly knuckle bar seemed to be the answer. I looked at the Chubby's and a few others, and went with the Burley's. The only line I am going to have to change out is the upper front brake hose. I did have to extend electrical wires, however that is a give me on about most all handlebar swaps (not all, but most). I bought the 8 inch wire extension kit from Novello. The Novello kit was one of the easiest wire extension kits I've seen. Here are a few before and after pictures. You will also see the stock and Burleys compared to each other. Also the Burley's are chrome, where as the stock were stainless steel. I have nothing coming for my bike till next week on mods, so until then I guess Im done with my mod of the day.

Keep the black switches. I did the same (you can see in my album) and I get compliments for keeping some black to set off the chrome. Your bike looks insane. You are not playing around with these mods huh. Love those bars. They look real comfortable with the pullback and all.
I have a couple mods coming tomorrow (short rear light bar and rear fender rail). I sure can't keep up with you. You also inspired me to order straight cut end caps from V&H...THANKS!!!...LOL. Keep the mods coming, your bike looks AWESOME!
