Default Mod of the day, Chrome Kuryakyn Boomerang Frame Covers (Pictures)

I had the little Harley frame inserts (Harley Part# 48490-00) and they just were'nt cutting it with me anymore so I removed them. I went back with the Kuryakyn Boomerang covers (Part# 7851) and these gave me maximum chrome for the area. Sorry I did'nt do better on the pictures, I'm a little hungover after New Years eve last night. Here are some pictures.

This is a very easy install, as long as your exaust does not get in the way.
The hardest part for me was loosening the rear fender strut bolts and taking off the passenger foot peg mounts. I opted to leave the passenger footpeg mounts off and used chrome button bolts to fill the holes and hold the boomerangs on. I am not going to be riding any passengers. My wife has her own bike, and I think I would find myself divorced if I had another chick on the back. And I d*mn sure ain't rid'in no dude on the back of my bike.

Did you buy a chrome tail, or have yours done? And is that a chrome drive pully, or a cover?
Looks nice. I'm a Chrome ***** too.

I was'nt sure if you were asking me or hspring03 , or what about. If by tail you mean the swingarm mine was bought from a local shop here in Charlotte, and is a real chrome swingarm and not a cover.
My rear pulley is just a cover.

Looks good. Those have been on my "to get" list for awhile. There's a few others here that have been sporting them, and they look real good, especially with a chrome swingarm.
