Cyclinders ar probably good for scrap. Better to just perform the mods to 95 at the time. Is it a Carbed or FI bike?

you can probally replace the tank for 100-500 depending if you find one on ebay that is the same color or if it needs to be painted. cylinders are usually around 150 for 95" and if you go that route you'll need pistons for about 150-150. this is all really easy stuff to fix. take you time and find some deals on this forum or on ebay. you might even find someone who has take off engine parts that you can get for real cheap.

My biggest concern would be the frame, not cosmetics. Take a close look at the frame welds, particularly the ones near the steering head. Cracked paint on or near a weld means the frame might be bent.

I wouldn't give more than $1800 for that bike. It got slammed to the ground hard. I'd bet the frame is tweeked.

It's going to need at least the front head replaced, Maybe the rear too but it doesn't show in the picture. It looks like the whole top end is shot. I would start shopping e-bay or check with some of the vendors here. You should be able to find a tank pretty easy. I would guess around $2,000 in repairs if you do the work. That's if you can score the parts on the cheap. Bike might be worth $8-9 grand around here. And thats if the title is clean and not salvage. Oh and if the frame is tweeked forget everything above.

i totally apprciate it it guys. i really thought the bike was worth $14,000. seems thats what it selling for according the the net.

i'll include more pictures of the bike. funny thing about it tho is that it seems real cosmetic. i'm wondering how it fell down cause the foot boards are not scuffed and only the break lever and both of the same side blinkers are broken.

I'll put some pics inside

If you plan on owning it, you may plan on keeping it until it is ready for the bone yard. This bike will most likely come with a salvage title. That being said, in the shape that bike is in ,makes it worth about 1/2 of what it would be worth with a clean title. Then, figure in how much you will spend on repairing the damage. A good bit.

+1 14K for an 03? Unfortunately, I don't know if you could get that for an 2007 model Heritage these days. If that bike had never been wrecked and was in perfect shape it might sell for 10 or 11K on ebay.
