Default Traded up for Xbones! Exhaust advice?

Ok. After another passing of a family member in the past year, I have arrived back home and traded my 09' Street Bob for an 09' Crossbones. I am having a SE Stage1 intake and SERT installed, and was going to go with the black Thunderheader exhaust. After looking at some different pictures, I'm not 100% sure the theader goes with the nostalgic feel of the bones. Any suggestions out there on exhaust pipes for the bones? I have one day to decide before they submit my work order.

Don't know if you ride 2 up at all but I have always loved the look of those upswept fishtails.

Yeah. I love the look, but I will be riding 2-up at least 50% of the time.

I think a blacked out 2 into 1 would look nice on the bike. But, even more it will help performance wise.

I will also be putting on a 21x3.5 120/70 on the front. RSD Vintage Bars. RSD Tracker grips and RSD rear fender kit, seat, and side mount license plate. Some pricey sheeat, but I love the look.

If you're thinking about doing all of this, don't forget the RSD rocker boxes and cam cover!

Can you run Passenger footpegs with the RSD Exhaust? It looks good.I got a new Crossbones too and love it. I'm gonna put fishtails on the stock headers and maybe fab some upswept pipes as well.

Default exhaust

I run the upswept fishtails from Samson on my bones and ride two up all the time, she has never complained about the heat from them. This may have to do with the heat shields.
