i was thinking of removing and using the the inch fill method and then i found that because my 07 has the offset tire and is the only year like that the harley chrome forks are on sale for just $109 for new ones.
so would 10w be better than 20w? i live in the south but ride all year

personal preference on the weight of the oil.
i used 10 wt. only because it was the heaviest i had on hand.
do you know what was in there? or should i say , was it from the factory?
how do the forks feel to you - too soft?

well if it's not bottoming during stoppies or setting the front end down after a wheelie, i'd go with the 10 weight lol
