Default RE: SE 2's or V&H Big Radius??

I've got the SE 2's on my Deuce and they sound real good, but I wanted louder. I pulled the baffels out last week and WOW what a difference. Now that is what HD needs to sound like! There is quite a few Harleys in town so the law is pretty easy, or just chasing the rockets, they haven't bothered me yet. I take it real easy through town though. I really like the way the big radius look and I'm still thinking of adding that, but have not heard it yet. Time, sound, and $$ will decide that one for me. I wish I could help more but I'm looking at the same things you are, do I need BR or is SE 2's the way to go?

I've only experienced the SE2's on my Harley and I was curious as to how you would compare the sound between the two? Is it deeper, more rumble, or what? Thanks

Changed the sound at idle and midrange mostly. Alot heavier sound, chugs real well now. The sound at wide open throttle is no different than Se 2's, but these pipes are louder but not grossly loud. They sound much better at cruising speeds and idle. The look and chrome quality are excellent.

If your looking for power 2-into-1 or SuperTrap systems offer the best output - of course it does change the looks. Lots has been written about pipes and how the length can rob power and in some cases damage your valves. Do your home work first so you know the trade-offs then decide on power, looks or sound.
