Default Any Fatboy owners tried this type of wheel?

These are stock 16" x 3" Fatboy wheels that have been machine cut, polished, and chromed. There's a place called Impress Plating about 45 minutes from my house in Upland CA that modifies and sells these wheels. They have a two year warranty on their chrome finish. They sell for $800 a pair. Has anyone used any wheels similar to these? I'm wondering if there might be in balancing issues or durability problems.

As long as they are CNC quialified people, you're ok. There are several shops doing the same thing with Fat Boy "pancakes", they cut-shape 'em almost in any way you want, affordable and safe option for wheel's face-lift.

Post some pics when/if you go for it.

Mimo.
