Default V&H True Dual - Year Difference?

So I'm thinking about a set of True Duals for my 06 Deluxe. I see that there is a version for 06 models and below and then a version for 07 and above. I know that 07 has the O2 sensors.

Is that the only difference? Would I be able to install an 07 set on my 06 and just plug the sensor wholes on the exhaust? Are there any fitment issues?

The reason I ask is I can get an 07 set $100 cheaper than an 06 set.

Thanks guys..

I believe the O2 sensors are the main difference. I know a lot of companies simply provide plugs for the sensors to make the pipes compatible with older models. The V&H True Duals are very nice and will go well with your apes. I would have gotten them if it weren't for my desire to have fishtails. As such, I went with Samsons as I feel that Stevie Wonder must have designed the V&H fishtail tips. Another advantage of the V&H duals is that you don't have to switch out your shift linkage if you took the time to get a nice one. With Samson's, the left pipe comes out too low and they provide you with an angled linkage to bypass the pipe.

Thanks for the responses guys. I figured as much that they would fit but wasn't exactly sure if there was a Head Pipe size difference in any way.

They should just offer one model and throw the Plugs in the box.
