I've put a 140mm Conti milestone on'em. Some manufacturers have a wider crown than others and can rub on the belt. I believe Zippers sells a kit to go to a 150mm can't remember for sure.

150 rear without mods.
Front and rear should be the same size on that 2000 fatty unless it was changed out after purchase. Two 130's stock.

I've never tried a 150mm on a 2000'. But there are some manufacturers 140mm tires that are a little wider than other 140mm tires and can rub on your belt.

140 Metzeler with no problems on my 2000 and looks like it may have room for a 150. It would be very difficult to un-bolt bags with a 150.
