Nice helmet, until the first time you knock it off onto the pavement.
Agree. Doesn't matter how much you pay for one...the first meeting with the pavement ends the relationship. To each their own....at least you want to wear one....
They look great, and I am sure the price is somehow due to the very high quality. I don't know about sweating into a leather lining, tho. But then, different helmets for different people.
Yes, to me the price kind of match the quality, not meaning I'm getting one. If you look closely the leather linin is only in the edges inside is a different material.
Those are really nice looking helmets. I always liked carbon fiber. I'll take one helmet but will skip the silk scarf....lol.
LOL!!! $147 for the scarf???? Silk n' all I don't care for them...
I agree that they're way too expensive (for me). If you're in SoCal, you can go see them and try them on at Glory in Hollywood.
Fit and finish is excellent in person. Interesting that they're a French company, but the helmets are manufactured in China (or Taiwan, can't remember).
Biltwell helmets are worthless if you get on the highway. They don't have a firm enough fit to stay on. The wind starts pulling it off. Maybe a different story if you have a windshield. Good around town, as long as you dont get into a wreck that is.
You must have a Biltwell knock-off..or do you actually own one? Because my 2 Biltwell's stay snug as a rug with no movement at any speed...My $185.00 ACC/HeadCRAP helmet collects dust. Because all i wear now are my GREAT fitting Biltwell's.
To the OP about those hemets...they remind me of the DAVIDA helmets...looks killer but to pricey
