Pic from a couple months ago. Nothing fancy, just dark blue metallic flames over black and a lighter blue HD bar/shield on the tank. Really like the way it changed the appearance of the bike.
Need to update the pic as I've upgraded the bike a couple times since it was taken and it looks a bit different now. But the paint is still the same
all great paint jobs. This is my first Harley, is the fuel tank hard to get off, and what about the rear fender, the front fender I can handle. How long can I expect a paint job to take? Are you guys shipping your parts or are you buying new and swapping them? just curious. thanks.

Ask around and find a local painter that does custom work. Local HD shops or independants are good places to get some names. Contact painter and ask to see examples of their work. Once you find one you like, get a firm quote for the paint work on the parts you want. Then set a date and take the parts off yourself which is not that hard and saves a LOT of money over having a shop do it.
The rear fender is pretty easy, the tank, not so much because you have the speedo panel and a bunch of lines, sensors to disconnect as well as the fuel line, draining left over gas, etc. I managed to do it in one evening.
Once you have everything off, go get it painted the way you want. Mine took about a week to get back. Reinstall everything CAREFULLY. It took me three times as long to reinstall as it did to get the parts off. Plan to spend a weekend on it.
Good luck. And post pics of your bike before and after
