guess they don't make 'em like they used to.. my honda's battery used to die over the winter .... just roll down the hill in second gear and pop the clutch..... dont think that will work with a FI model though

Battey tender for mainta. not for charge. Put it on a Charger before you go buy a new battery!

You need a charger, it will most likely come back

I've popped it once with my FI night train. I have tryed since then, no luck. You definitely need a battery. I left my lights on in OC bike week and jumped it with a car but screwed up my ecm. Never do that again.

I would think even a little ole battery tender would charge it in a week if it were not dead. Sounds dead to me. The little batteries don't seem to be too tough about being run totally dead.

it is not going to run if the battery is dead even popping it in gear... only takes one cell to go for the battery to be useless.

So Tony, did you get that battery charged up. Had same thing happen to mine and after getting a jump start from a booster, battery charged up while riding.
