I am about to order a set of Avon Venoms for my new wheels. They are 18x3.5" front and rear. I'm getting the 150/70-18 rear, but am undecided on the front. I've checked Avon's fitment guide and it says that the reccomended size for the 3.5" rim is 130, but that as an alternate the 140 would fit.

Any pros or cons to either size? I want to fill my front fender as much as possible, so I was leaning towards the 140, but proper fitment is the most important thing.

Anyone running a 140?

A 140 should be fine. It seems that Avon's and Metz's run a tad bit narrower than the Dunlops. I think it'd look killer with a 140 on the front.

 

I believe stock is 150mm, that's what it is on the heritage.

 

I think the stock front is 130 and the stock rear is 150.
