Default Rocker 240 rear swingarm and fender on a xbones?

I'm toying with the idea of changing my rear xbones fender and was about to go the RSD route when I saw an xbones with a rocker rear end. Looked like the xbones should. I am also looking at some fat daddys, so now would be the time to make a wheel size change. So assuming I was gonna find a rocker rear fender and swingarm, what else would have to be changed? I am no mechanic, but something tells me primary spacing may be off. Anything else to consider? Anyone ever put a rocker rear on a non rocker model?
