Jack for Deluxe

I just purchased and used the Sears Yellow as well on my Fatboy. Its light and easy to use. My observances as far as negatives go are: the bike will rock if you rock it, but why would you? Also, you need to find the "sweet spot" for placement so the bike goes up level. When you want to lower the bike, ever so carefully twist the handle to ensure you lower the bike in a controled manner. All said, I am very happy with it, and satisified with my choice after much research. A great jack for cleaning, and basic maintinence and repairs.

Thats BS!!! My bike doesn't do that one bit. The bike is very stable when its lifted. The last few times i didn't even strap it down and it still felt solid. The guy in the video has the jack off centered and strapped down like a moron. Look at it. Straps are supposed to be over the bike. Not through the center. Also look at it only one strap is used in the rear pulling the bike back. Notice he pulls on his bars from the front while being strapped in the rear. This jack comes with two straps. For the front and rear for stability.

I don't want to be called a name but all jacks I used seem to rock a little, if I get a stuck bolt or seem to pull down hard with a wrench. I have a large saw horse I made out of 2 inch square tubing that I connect to the bike after I jack it up with what looks like a transmission jack. I do this for safety for me and the bike. I connect to the engine guard and the saw horse with a tie down strap. If the jack is even let down or falls the bike says still. Call me over cautious, but I had a friend killed when a car fell on him while under it with a hydralic jack. I don't trust them now. I will post a picture of the saw horse and the bike later if I get a chance.
