Yeah, there's quite a few brands that offer dual backrests. Most of the mgazines have a ton of adds in them...

get the heritage chrome grab rim PN52687-97 and backrest pn52827-97. I have an o5 deluxe and it bolted right on. this is the rest from the heritage softail. somewhat lowwer than i like but will do nicely.

Charlie- my post to you was returned- you will have to buy the 2 above part numbers from HD and then it is a quick bolt on.

Charlie- look at my past post- I have a 05 Deluxe and if your a bit adnenturous the a Heritage dual rider bar and Heritage low backrest fits right on-a 5 min job.I like it on mine and beats 4-600$ for a new seat that not as comfortable as the original. Just my opinion- I listed the required part numbers-cost for both is about $250.

I realize there haven't been any posts here in a while, but just wanted to say THANK YOU to phoenix for the info... I've been trying to find a rider backrest for my Deluxe since I bought it (Jun '06). Only options I could find were to give up my stock seat which was absolutely NOT an option for me. Finally came across this thread doing an internet search and as soon as I read your post, I ordered the parts. They came in yesterday and just like you said, they fit perfect, look great, and took almost no time to install - did it right in the dealer parking lot with just a few basic tools. Am definitely riding comfy, now!! Already received tons of compliments.

Thanks again!!!!!!!!
