Did an advanced search and looked at dozens of threads in this
forum and googled the internet for
V&H Quiet Baffles V21869
and none had the dimensions, O.D. and length.
Can someone please post this info.

Just happen to have a set I am planning on installing today .... so here are the dimensions: Length - 10.5" Outer Diameter - 2".

I seen a test one time that said there 2-3 db's drop and V&H's recommends rewrapping them every yr.

I swapped them for the regular baffles in my staggered short shots on my X-bones. Cut down on the raspiness, but they are still slightly louder than the H-D slipons I had on my '90 softail.

 

Installed them on Saturday ... they are noticeably quieter with a deeper sound. I'm considering changing them back though. Perhaps I will save them for long trips since that is the only time the loud pipes seems to bother my ears. I'll probably give them another couple of weeks to decide. The install went pretty easy, the only problem was the wrap wanted to slide down and jam up so I re-wrapped them a little tighter.
