Default Rattle Can

This might have been said before and this might make alot of people flip out but has anyone just got so sick of their stock flashy paint that they flat rattle can painted their bike?? I read an article about a guy that got so sick of people thinking he was a newbie that he bought barbaque paint and painted his bike.. anyone else do something like this????

No. But I did paint my powder blue 1942 "45" side valve, with black enamel and a brush. It really turned out way better than I expected. I was a freshman in highschool at the time.

Hell yes! I once got so tired of what everyone else thought, I gave my ~$20K HD the 'Krylon Touch.' WTF kind of douche nozzle question is this?

not sure if this is a troll question, "someone getting tired of being thought to be a newb so he BBQ'd his bike"? seems like a stupid reason to do that to a bike.

on that note, yes i have rattle caned my bike in the past, here are some pics

I have used the rattle can many of times....
don't know about doing it because someone called me a newbie....

If that's the case... you have bigger issues than your bike....

Maybe they think you're a noob... 'cause you are one?... I don't know...
