Rear Brake Drag Question

Rear Brake Drag Question
I have read a few posts on this and see opinions are it's normal or not. Mine sounds worse than it is. It seemed more noticable after the rear tire was replaced about a month ago. I put the bike up in the jack today and spun the rear wheel out of curiosity. It will spin about one full revolution before stopping. Is this considered normal? One thing I noticed is the rear brake caliper is hot (still can touch it) and the front is close to ambient after a longer ride. Shorter rides they are about the same. The front has little to no drag, but the fr brake will need replaced soon, probably about 1.5 - 2mm of pad remaining.
Thanks for any information.
