I had originally cut it using a cut wheel and came out ok...i didnt take the piece off the rear fender...when i got the work done at "The Motorcycle Shop" San Benito, TX, i asked him to take off the rear piece and clean it up...he powdercoated it too when he was done...

These guys do some great work at a fair price...they have graced several magazines...i'm lucky to have these guys so close to where i live...about 30 mins!

Could you post up a close up of it please... I really want to have this done. I bought an extra "take-off" license bracket, I just need to find the right place that does a good job.

ill try and get some more this weekend...if u like u can send me the "extra" piece and i'll take it to the shop that did mine...just pay the shipping and i can do that for ya...up to you...

The bars are Roland Sands Vintage...with 3" Roland Sands risers...
I like them because I did not have to swap cables or mess with wire extensions..


They were pricey... I have seen some copies on E-Bay...
