Default Extended reach forward controls

I have an '08 FXSTC, and I'm thinking about putting the chrome extended reach forward controls on it to get the extra 3 inches of leg extension. I'm 6'5", so it should help my riding comfort. Anybody else got these? What did you think of them?

Default extended reach foward controls

I have the Harley extended reach foward controls on my bike in chrome,my bike is the same color as yours and they look and fill great. I'll let you in on a little secret, look at the front pegs on the 09 screaming eagle springer with the centerline pegs(what I have),notice the 90 degree on the pegs??? I installed them on my foward controls and gained another inch which really helps and looks great!!! Hurry before Harley catch on and make these items ava only for screaming eagle springers only!!!

mine came with the Kury extended kit when I bought it. I had to add a set of footpeg stirrups to make them comfortable for me. I'm 6'1, and I found them just a bit too far out there. at 6'5, you should have no problems with them

Between the Ness kit and my forward controls, I'm 4-1/2" past stock. Big difference.

I have the HD 3" on my 03 softail and I am 6'1" with a 34" inseam and could not be happier with them. very comfortable position for those of us with long legs. At your height you should be very happy.

Default extended reach foward controls

As I last checked you can still get them but make sure that they are from a 09 SE and you must use the Centerline footpegs. Next time you visit the dealership and they have one on the floor check it out it looks great and feels better while riding.
