Default Ruined Rotor??

I've been dealing with some front brake issues the last couple weeks. My front brakes were sticking. When it happened I pulled over ASAP. I think the issue has been fixed but now there is some bluing in the center of the rotor from getting hot. Will I have to replace the rotor or will the bluing eventually wear out?

I would change the rotor but thats just me, if it got that hot I would worry about the rotor cracking
