Any one know if you can use the Harley Rocker saddle bags with an axle mounted Roto-Plate?

 

Not sure about the Harley one's but here's my garage leathers bag and my rota plate:

 

I have the Harley bags on my Rocker. The way the mounting hardware/hangers are mounted on the bike, looks like they would be in the way. I am looking for an option that would mount/hang under the saddlebag mount. I saw on here, where someone had done this, but can't find that thread.

 

Dennis from Roto-Plate said he is currently working on solving this issue. I can't wait to see what they have to offer.

 

You got my interest. Let me know when this might be possible. I'm on my 3rd taillight assembly.

 

Nice plate holders, but too rich for my blood. At least for a plate holder.

This is what Roto-Plate sent me. Its an "extended" version of their standard series. (pre-chrome).

I wonder how much longer it is compared to the standard one.

 

The total extension is about 7" from the axle to the license plate back plate. I have limited qty's of this special version. If there's enough demand we may start to carry it as a standard product, but as of now I have only a few. If you are interested in getting your hands on one...better hurry. I have a Chrome one just sitting here waiting to go out the door!

You could also consider the Jr, it comes without the Brake Light. With the HDForum Discount it would be ~$245.
