RE: V&H, Python or Samson???
These are the Screamin' Eagle pipes and they have a nice low rumble. I'd be willing to bet that Vance and Hines makes these. If you compare mine to V&H Big Shot staggered, the only difference I can see is the embossed logo and the length. Mine come back to the axle bolt, the big shots are a few inches shorter.

RE: V&H, Python or Samson???
I am confused now! The bike was advertised at the dealership stating it was CUSTOMIZED with EXHAUST and PERFORMANCE. A salesman told me it had a Stage I performance package and SE II exhaust, I bought the bike.
Since reading all the posts about fuel management systems I called the dealer and asked him to give me the service records on the bike because I wanted to make sure I was "not" going to mess anything up when I added new pipes... Dealer now says that it doesn't have a Stage I or any other performance upgrades, just the SE II exhaust. I asked for the name of the previous owner and Dealer said he'll get back to me, the owner may not want to be contacted....

I just got a heritage and going thru the all the post ( ya, it will take a while, lol ) and seen this one. What does backfiring or popping on deceleration mean? Mine does that? Is it bad? why?

You may be able to get away with just the stage 1 download. Try it out and see if there is any back firing or popping on deceleration. If you do get some it can be taken care of by adding a power commander, SERT, or any fuel management device of your choice. If you are really into performance get a fuel management device and throw it on a dyno for a custom map so that you can utilize every bit of tq. and hp. Welcome to the real sound of H.D.
