has anyone put fender rails on their heritage?

Had them on my '93 Heritage..If I remember it was pretty much an easy install...but then again..I do not remember what I had for lunch yesterday! LOL
IMHO....I just bought a 2010 Heritage..I am not going to put the rails on this one..I think without the rails is a "cleaner" look!

I just put the rails on my '09 Heritage.
Question for those who did their own unstall; After I installed the rear rail, I notice the rear fender doesn't center on the rear wheel. There is more room between the tire and fender on the left side of the bike than on the right side. Is this normal? I followed the rear fender torque instructions from the service manual, including torquing, loosening and retorquing the front fender strut bolts. But there is definitely a misalignment of the fender and rear wheel.
