Attachment 69832I put them on my 03 Heritage and they look great. I think you can see them on my avatar. Put them on myself and pretty much straighforward You do need to drill 2 holes on the back mount, but it was relatively simple.Attachment 69831

Why not do both? I got the chrome forks soon after the above pics were taken. THAT's part of the fun when you own a Harley -- the never-ending possibilities.

OldBoldPilot, where did you find a backrest to work with the factory seat?

Front rails is just bolt on. front bolt is a little pain under the fender light but no big deal. Rear rail you have to drill. Just mark your holes and put blue tape and put a wood block behind so you don't drill the tire. Good luck.

That is actually a Mustang seat. Don't leave home without it

I liked the fender rails, but I only put the ones on the front at this time. Perhaps the rear later.

I've got them on my bike...installed them myself. Easy job, the front is a bit of a pain. The rear, you are supposed to drill holes through your fender...however you don't have to. I could't see drilling a hole through a perfectly good fender so I went to my local bolt store and got some stuff that would fit in between the fender strut cover and fender...worked out well. No holes drilled and a strong solid mount.

I like the look, depending on where you want to go with your bike, they can put a nice finishing touch.

EZ install with some drilling on the front fender of my deluxe. Didn't feel the need to drill the back, just a dab of silicone between the tab and fender (underneath).
