With stock Fatboy risers, I'm curious to what the distance is from the bottom of the handle bars (where it saddles in the riser) to the top of the upper triple tree.

 

Tough to measure on the bike, but I would say it's 1 5/8" on my 07 Fatboy (the measurement that you have showing in the picture).
