Default not the best riding season for me another brake down need help

ok i was out all day and night riding all is well stopped for dinner about 1045 finished went to start bike and just turns over wont fire up ???? just did all fuel related repairs pump lines regulator about a month ago so i knew it wasn't that.. pulled spark plug wire cranked no spark??? someone said could be crank sensor i think coil myself what you opinion??? do coil just die like that or could it be something else?? please help

also when i got her home i pulled spark plug and left hooked to wire turned it over got spark there
oh ya its an injected 2003 fatboy

You check the fuses first?

ya checked all fuses everything simple checked still no spark

The crank position sensor is right next to the oil filter. Unbolt it and try cleaning it off. See if that helps.

would that caise no spark if that was the problom

ok update i took plug out and cranked bike with plug on wire got spark there so now i dont know
also puled sensor and cleaned

just for giggles i tried starting fluid same out come so i know its not fuel related

i agree with harley goodies...crank position sensor sounds accurate

ya im thinking thats it to i got fuel spark at plug when its out of the head i checked fuses all seems to be good and when i did my fuel pump a moth ago thats where the mechanic looked first the sensor just hate to buy something thats not it you guy know what i mean
