"install them would take about ten hours"

If a professional Harley mech told me it would take that long to do anything on my bike I'd walk out. An amateur, or somebody like me who has never done it before, sure. But if I paid for professional help I'd expect professional help and the bikes just are not complicated enough to make a professional work 10 hours on any one part.

I' m with deadeye. I can pull and put an engine in a car in about 10 hours. So hangin some apes in 10 hours is crazy.

Do it yourself! I've got less than $500 in my bars, cables, wires, brake fluid, tranny formula, shrink wrap.... all the stuff I had to get. A bar swap does take time, but there's nothing hard about it.

Attachment 67140
I rewired my 04 road king dash(wanted the wires to come up in front of the tank )
I went through the parts book and ordered a dozen pins for each of the connectors that I THOUGHT I would be cutting.

FYI the main harness has WAY more wires than necessary (didn't need EFI crap)

No doubt.....Do it yourself. I've done 3 set, made my own harness extensions, and never a single issue. 10 hours............ and they wonder why their service bays are empty.
