I ran into the same thing with my V&H SS's. I'm getting about 22 mpg, loads of backfire. The dealer never put ANY fuel manangement system on the bike when I had the pipes done and I was too ignorant to know the difference. Dealer has now closed, so I have to go elsewhere.
