Stock baffles have a raspy sound IMO, after installing the "quiet baffles" it gave my bike a throatier\deeper rumble. I'm pretty sure though, that I need to replace the fiberglass wadding because that deep tone I once enjoyed is getting raspy again. Anything is better than the stock "Honda" sound the MoCo sends them out the door with.

Quiet Baffles.
Had stock in for about 4k miles, they were alright. Sounded raspy and kinda crappy at idle IMO. Sounded great when you're romping on the throttle, though. Sorta louder than I'd like.
Heard good things about the QB's ordered them up and threw them in, fantastic. Deeper note, not really much quieter. Grumbles like a Harley should. Less occasional pops on decel. Pulls much harder off the line. What's not to like?

we just installed V&H slip ons on our Street Bob and had the quiet baffles put in...they had a high pitch that we did not like so we took out the quiet baffles and put the stock ones that cam with the pipes....deeper rumble but can be loud when you throttle it...sound great though just not sure the neighbor love them!
