Man this bag is badass....Seriously Shaun made this one with wrinkle finish around the edges to match the wrinkle black Night Train motor.....He then did the white stitching to match my white emblems, speedo and Jockey shift ****. Shaun is one of the last makers of the BMF.
Can you show a pic of the back of the bag and how the zip ties integrate to it? DO the zip ties go through reinforced leather(with metal eyelets), or just punched holes in the leather? Im into the details here.
great, here's another thing to add to the wish list. I agree with Chaz on this one. Not quite ready for the full bagger yet, but something would be nice.
Now, just gotta find a nice one to match the rest of the deluxe!
I would say that when i tried to attach mine with zipties all of the zipties broke within a month or so then I used some wire and now it is attached on more sturdy than ever and I don't think I will have to worry about anything getting in the belt or the bag falling off.
Per your suggestion I did the same thing with stainless steel wire and it's on there good now. If someone is going to use the zip ties I recommend using at least one wire for peace of mind.
Also; Shaun's bags are 4.5" wide vs the La Rosa which is 3" wide.
Here is a link to his plain ones. If you contact him, he might could do some custom stuff for ya. Mine had Orange stitch flames on it, and was a nice looking bag, just not what I ended up going for.
