Saddlebags was the first thing I added to my SE Fat Boy. I use them all the time.

There is a bolt that sticks out that you cover with a chrome cap. Very clean looking.

I use my bike all the time, just can't hang with a back pack after my wife told me I looked like a school boy on his way to school.Always seem like I need to pack crap around to work or on the way home.

Go for it - you can easily remove if you want, and they come in very handy...I tried the swingarm bag before they became poular and while I liked it alot, as far as carrying room, I could barely fit a longsleeve shirt in it. I would use one again if I did not have the hard bags, but...

I have the cycle vision barebacks for my Heritage... if you look at my photo album you can see a close up of them with the bags off.... clean enough for me.

Thanks, I will check out the pictures later. The brackets I am buying are chromed, may look even better.

its a fatboy. it's suppose to have a wide rear end. every things wider on a fatty.
