FXSTD & Corbin Hollywood Solo Fitment
I think that I would like to install a solo seat on my Deuce. I like Corbin's. I noticed on photos that this particular seat attaches to the rear fender in the back of the seat via a thumb screw just like the stock seat, but more towards the front. Is there already an attachment point located in the forward position of the rear fender, or is there some modification that must first be completed before the seat will attach properly? I don't want to drill holes into the fender in order for the seat to fit!

I don't think there would be the need for a modification to get a Corbin seat to fit, but you can contact them and confirm. They are very helpful. You will love the Corbin seat after you ride it about 200 miles. Most people that have them would have nothing else.

RE: FXSTD & Corbin Hollywood Solo Fitment
Thanks, Bill. I've visited the Corbin site a number of times to look over their seats. I've always liked the looks of the solo but never ordered one thinking that my wife might warm up to the idea of riding along. She still doesn't have any interest in riding with me, so I might as well add the appearence touches that I like the best.
